  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and slice into even rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, coat banana slices with melted coconut oil.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
