Crispy Honey Roasted Potatoes are a delightful side dish that perfectly balances crunch and sweetness, making them a favorite for any meal.

  • 2 lbs (900g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry baby potatoes; cut them in half.
  3. Chop turkey bacon into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, mix halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  5. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle chopped bacon on top.
  6. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle honey over the potatoes in the last five minutes of roasting.
  8. Let them cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
