  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (optional)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and optional cauliflower rice.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and one cup of cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
