  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved or shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and tomato paste; mix well. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in uncooked bowtie pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente, adjusting consistency with water as needed.
