  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk

  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease/flour your pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Stir in warm milk gently until incorporated.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
