  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for brûlée topping)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • Fresh grated nutmeg
  • Grated orange zest
  • Small mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin spice mix, grated orange peel, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for about 40 minutes until set.
  4. Once cooled, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla paste until soft peaks form; spread over the baked pie.
