  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients. Chill dough for at least an hour.
